The Battle of Xorrn was fought during the Galactic Civil War, when the Galactic Empire attacked the Alliance to Restore the Republic repair yard Foundry Four on the planet Xorrn. Warned in advance of the upcoming attack by a spy in the Empire's midst, the Rebel Alliance was able to gather support from various factions located on the nearby planets, including several Mandalorian clans.

The specifics of the Battle of Xorrn differ greatly depending on the players' choices in Friends Like These. The forces aiding the rebels could include the engineers of Foundry Four, the Foundry Four security team, up to three-dozen Mandalorians, a squad of Talz, over a dozen Zygerrians, several hundred slave laborers, and salvaged Droidekas and B1-Series battle droids. The choices of commanders on the Rebels' side is also up to the players, including the Cacique of Foundry Four, Chief Bellows, Prince Sono Molec, and Chieftains Nam and Vera Beroya/Legends. The Rebels' space capabilities can include automated turbolasers hidden in the asteroid belt, Captain Skahvi Renlow aboard the Icarii-7, Prince Molec aboard the Unbreakable Chain, salvaged droid starfighters, Zygerrian HH-87 Starhoppers, YV-865 Aurore-class freighters, and Xorrn-built fighters flown by Mandalorians.

As Mandalorians are depicted in the main artwork for the battle, this article assumes they were among the recruited.

The battle likely takes place prior to 3 ABY, as one of the Aftermath of Victory scenarios includes a reference to the Tarkin superweapon.
