Bentu Pall Tarlen was the head of the Imperial Center Construction Contracts Division around 3.5 ABY. He had contacts with Xizor, and provided him information on how to get in on buying possible construction contracts.[1]
He, with other representatives and officials, met with Xizor in his palace for business discussions, while Leia Organa was prisoner there.[2]
