Bettle's sister was the sister of Bettle, and one of two daughters of Ralltiir resistance leader Jerell. She died as a result of the actions of Dennix Graeber, the Imperial governor of Ralltiir. Jerell continued to loathe Graeber for her loss as late as the liberation of Ralltiir by the New Republic.
