Bhoenn was a male Human who served as commander of the Galactic Republic and the Republic Military during the Cold War and the start of the Galactic War against the Sith Empire. Near the end of the undeclared conflict, Bhoenn was assigned to oversee Camp Lytle on Taris.
Commander Bhoenn was present when refugee Myahh enlisted the aid of Republic agents to rescue the other survivors of the Endar Rebirth from the nearby Tularan Marsh.[1]

Bhoenn was first introduced as an NPC character in the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. His role was in presenting the player character with the mission "Operation Salvage", where the player must rescue the surviving members of the Endar Rebirth from the Tularan Marsh region on Taris.[1]
