Bib Surool was a green male Twi'lek and a manager for the Starlight Entertainers. He was recruiting new talent for the group on Taris when the Sith invaded and instituted a quarantine in 3956 BBY. Though he could neither get off world nor communicate with the group, he continued auditioning talent, including dancer Lyn Sekla.^[1]
