Bilder was a Twi'lek male who was a member of Saw Gerrera's Partisans. He typically worked in a crew with Xosad Hozem and Jari. He joined Gerrera, Hozem, Jari, and Jyn Erso on a mission to raid a civilian cruiser that the Galactic Empire was using for clandestine operations in the Western Reaches. The mission was a success, with Bilder securing a stack of Imperial datapads to analyze. Bilder was later killed in action.[1]
