Billy J. Mitchell (c. 1941 — c. March 1999)[1] was an actor who portrayed Keir Santage in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.[2]

Other notable roles include appearances in two Bond films: Never Say Never Again (alongside Max von Sydow and Andy Bradford, the latter of whom also appeared in multiple Bond films) and GoldenEye (alongside Derek Lyons). He also appeared in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, alongside Harrison Ford; Jones' father in the film was played by Sean Connery, who starred as Bond in Never Again. His final appearance was in the 2005 film A Year and a Day.

Mitchell had a reputation for playing North American characters in British productions, somewhat similar to Shane Rimmer. He never married.

Mitchell passed away in 1999.
