Bin Essada was a male individual who served as the Imperial Moff of the Circarpous sector of the galaxy's Expansion Region. When Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin decreed that all regional governors were required to increase production, Essada demanded that all resources be stripped from the planet Mimban, and sent the Imperial Military to ensure continued operations and to pacify the world.[1]
The Mimbanese resisted, and a war erupted on Mimban. Essada ran the war from the safety of his offices on Gyndine.[1]
