Bina was a female[2] Amani from Utapau who ran the Creature Stall in Black Spire Outpost, which she filled with creatures that she collected from around the galaxy and brought to Batuu.[1] She also wrote a guidebook to Black Spire's creatures for younglings to encourage them to explore the outpost and discover and track some of its resident creatures.[4]
Vi Moradi, a spy and recruiter for the Resistance, did not consider Bina a viable candidate for the movement due to her entrepreneurial endeavors. According to local gossip that Moradi heard, Mubo of the Droid Depot allegedly had a crush on Bina.[5]
Behind the scenes[]
Bina is one of many shopkeeper characters created for the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge theme park land.[6] In February 2020, the Creature Stall began offering a free scavenger-hunt activity book, Bina's Guide to the Creatures of Batuu, for children ages 10 and under. After stamping the books at each location, the player would be rewarded with a special coaster token.[7]
