Bio-cubes on the surface of Mandalore

Bio-cubes, also known as bio-domes, were massive, insulated cube or dome-shaped cities inhabited by the New Mandalorians on their homeworld of Mandalore after centuries of war had reduced its surface to inhospitable desert. The planet's capital city of Sundari was a bio-dome.

Behind the scenes

A bio-dome first appeared in "The Mandalore Plot," the twelfth episode of the canon animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars' second season.
