The Bitthævrian were a group whose homeworld was Guiteica. Warlords of the Kaleesh species historically took the creatures known as roggwarts as trophies from the Bitthævrian homeworld.[1]

In the new Star Wars canon, the Bitthævrian were first mentioned in the sixty-fifth issue of the Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine, published in 2016.[1] The Bitthævrian sentient species was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in Alliance Intelligence Reports, sourcebook for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game published in 1995.[2]
