Blaster artillery was the designation assigned to any mobile platform that was used to support high-yield blaster cannons. Blaster artillery were terrestrial siege weapons, designed to launch attacks on stationary targets such as military bases, factories, and spaceports, with the intent to destroy them. Loronar Defense Industries' MAS-2xB was one of the most powerful ground-based siege weapons active in the galaxy.[1]
