During the Imperial Period, the Galactic Empire initiated a blockade of the Falleen system.[1][2] To curb Falleen influence in the galaxy and safeguard the Empire's interests on their world, Moff Eisen Kerioth of the Doldur sector enforced this blockade around the planet Falleen. The kings of Falleen expressed that the Empire had gone too far.[3] Xishel, a pirate, evaded the blockaded to begin his life of crime.[1]
