A Blood Blade was a weapon of the Krath Sith cult. These weapons were specifically to resistant to an attack from a Jedi's lightsaber and as such the metal was weaved with cortosis ore. These weapons were often used by Krath assassins and many Sith believed that the weapon predated the lightsaber.
Variants of this weapon included the dire sword, double sword, and war blade.
