A Partisan cell led by the Devaronian Blue was active in the Five Points system in the Outer Rim Territories. The group consisted of Blue, the Labbo junk trader Risi Amps, Shawburn, a Krish who served as the group's pilot, the mechanic Burta, Bardbee, the Ma'cella Dwindun, and his brother. Together, the group crewed a XO1 yacht. Bardbee was at one point captured by the Galactic Empire and was eventually tortured to death. At some point after, Amps hired Jyn Erso as forger to forge cargo manifests and clearance codes, allowing the cell to bypass Imperial blockades.[1]
Imperial Admiral Bethava Rocwyn had Amps and Erso arrested for forgery and blackmailed Erso into infiltrating the cell, promising amnesty in exchange for Erso's espionage. However, Admiral Rocwyn broke her promise to Erso, arresting her along with the remainder of the group. Rocwyn stated that Blue would be executed for treason.[1]
