Bogden was an astronomical object[2] located in the Bogden system of the Inner Rim[1] on the Hydian Way[3] that was orbited by multiple moons, one of which was the location where the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus secretly hired the bounty hunter Jango Fett to become the cloning template for the future Grand Army of the Republic.[2]

Bogden first appeared in "The Revenge of Kybo Ren," the eighth episode of the Star Wars Legends animated series Star Wars: Droids: The Adventures of R2-D2 and C-3PO,[4] which originally aired on October 26, 1985.[5] It became canon when it was mentioned in the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.[2]
