- "We've bombed the shipyards at Kuat..."
- ―Admiral Gial Ackbar to Leia Organa
During the Galactic Civil War, the Alliance to Restore the Republic bombed Imperial shipyards at the planet Kuat. The bombing was part of a series of over a dozen attacks carried out following the Rebel victory during the Battle of Yavin, in order to capitalize on the destruction of the Death Star and a weakened Empire.[1]
