Behind the scenes

Bracront first appeared in the first issue of the 2023 comic series Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures. The issue was written by Daniel José Older, illustrated by Harvey Tolibao and Nick Brokenshire, and published by Dark Horse Comics as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase III on December 6, 2023. The planet was first mentioned in a StarWars.com post discussing details about the then-upcoming comic series on September 18 of the same year.
