Bronzium[3] was a bronze-colored material which could be used to make statues. The Sith Lord Darth Sidious kept bronzium statues of the Four Sages of Dwartii in his office on Coruscant during his time as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.[4] After becoming Galactic Emperor, Sidious had the statues moved to his new quarters in the Imperial Palace.[3] The ancient droid ME-8D9 had a bronzium-enriched finish.[5] Bronzium could also be used in lightsaber construction.[2] It could also be used as armor, as worn by Zorii Bliss, and weapons, as Bliss used for barrels in her blasters.[6] Leia Organa was forced to wear a dancing-girl costume that was partially made of bronzium during her enslavement to Jabba the Hutt.[7]
