"However, the best (and cheapest) way to sample the authentic flavors of Lianna is to eat on the street—fish sticks baked in choya and lill and served on a plastic stick, Bubble Bowls of VegeParsine, fresh choya bread and Dalkash ale."
How to Do the Allied Tion on 25 Credits a Day lists Liann street food[src]

A Bubble Bowl was a type of food container used on the planet Lianna during the time following the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire. The dish VegeParsine could be purchased in Bubble Bowls on the streets of the starport in the city of Lola Curich on Lianna. According to the travel guide How to Do the Allied Tion on 25 Credits a Day, Bubble Bowls of VegeParsine were a cheap way to effectively sample Liann cuisine, as were other street foods and beverages such as choya bread, Dalkash ale, and fish sticks made with lill and choya.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Bubble Bowls were first mentioned in Mission to Lianna, an adventure written by Joanne E. Wyrick and released in 1992 for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[1]
