The Bulwark-class battle cruiser was a class of battlecruiser that was used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Admiral Dua Ningo of the Sullustan Home Guard oversaw the secret construction of a flotilla of Bulwark-class battle cruisers that he hoped he could use to attack the Galactic Republic's capital planet of Coruscant. Admiral Ningo estimated that the flotilla would be completed two years after the First Battle of Geonosis.[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

Bulwark-class battle cruisers were first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Rise of the Separatists, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[1] They were introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in The New Essential Chronology, written by Daniel Wallace and Kevin J. Anderson, and published by Del Rey in 2005.[2]
