Butcherbug stew was a type of stew made from the meat of the butcherbug, an insect native to the planet Dagobah.[1] In 0 ABY,[3] Jedi Grand Master Yoda–a member of a mysterious green-skinned species–made the stew for breakfast while he lived in exile on Dagobah, although he found the smell of the dish foul. The Jedi stirred rootleaf and gnarltree bark into the stew before eating it, and while dining he was contacted by the Force ghost of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.[1]
