Buzz-droids were a make of combat droid that were very dangerous in combat. Buzz-Droids attacked Obi-Wan's jedi starfighter in the battle of Coruscant, killing his astromech droid. The Jedi Callista Ming had witnessed Gamorreans charge buzz-droids in combat without a second thought about possible death or limb loss which proved to her how brave, and/or stupid, they were.
