CX-09 was a cargolift vessel in the Republic Navy during the Mandalorian Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Mandalorian warrior clans. When the Mandalorians threatened the planet Serroco in 3963 BBY, CX-09 was part of[1] Battle Group Serroco,[2] a task force put together by Admiral Saul Karath and intended to protect the world. Serroco was devastated with nuclear missiles once the Mandalorians arrived,[3] and CX-09 was lost. The ship's destruction was later noted in an edition of The Admiral's List, an official publication issued by the Republic Navy, along with two other cargolift vessels: CX-03 and CX-14.[1]
