The CX-55 scatterblaster was a model of scatterblaster used by the Alazmec of Winsit, a group of cultists that were drawn to the Corvax Fen on the planet Mustafar. The blaster had a a brown stock and a long black barrel, with sections of silver paneling around the muzzle and just in front of the trigger.[1] The weapon fired yellow blaster bolts.[2]

In 35 ABY,[3] the forces of the First Order led by Supreme Leader Kylo Ren fought the Alazmec in order to obtain a Sith wayfinder. During the battle, at least two cultists used CX-55 scatterblasters while fighting Ren, but he deflected their shots using his lightsaber and slew the two cultists with the blade.[2]
