The Cerean Puzzle Cube was a cube-shaped puzzle used for entertainment, easier to solve than the similar 5x5 Puzzle Cube. It was well-known across the galaxy and even younglings were known to solve it.[1] It shared its name with the Cerean species native to the planet Cerea,[2] located in the Mid Rim Territories.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
In the current Star Wars canon, the Cerean Puzzle Cube was mentioned in a Crew Run in the 2015 mobile game Star Wars: Uprising, published by Kabam,[4] prior to the game's shutdown in 2016.[5] The Cerean Puzzle Cube originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity as a purchasable item in the 2002 Star Wars Roleplaying Game adventure Shadows in Green, written by Lee Pickler as part of the larger Living Force campaign by Wizards of the Coast.[6]
