The Chancellor Palpatine award for Clarity in Crisis was an award bestowed by Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine of the Galactic Republic. Hamma Elad, an artist and leading member of the Commission for the Protection of the Republic during the Clone Wars, was a three-time recipient of the award.[1]
