The Charros system was located within the Taldot sector of the Mid Rim and contained the planet Charros IV. A battle of the Mandalorian Wars was fought here in 3962 BBY, which the Mandalorian invaders won.
It was one of the New Republic's main strongholds during the Thrawn campaign and was later invaded by the Yuuzhan Vong in their conquest of the galaxy.[2]
