"This is nowhere near Corellia. Have they gone rogue?"
RC-1207[src]

The Chaykin Cluster was a star cluster in the Chaykin sector of the Expansion Region.[1] It contained the Corbantis system.[2]

History

During the Clone Wars, it was located in the outskirts of Separatist space.[2]

The Republic Assault Ship Prosecutor was meant to be patrolling the Corellian sector, before it was taken over by Trandoshans and hyperspaced to the Corbantis system within the cluster, to rendezvous with a Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship. Delta Squad was sent to investigate and eventually destroyed all attacking enemy forces.[2]

Behind the scenes

It was incorrectly spelt as the "Chykin Cluster" in the Star Wars: Republic Commando: Prima Official Game Guide.
