- "Where were you before?"
"Chibbier. A forest planet. Everyone was laid off two months ago." - ―Izal Garsea and Delta Jeet
Chibbier was a forest planet[2] in the Outer Rim Territories.[1] A number of workers were employed to cut down trees on Chibbier, including the human Delta Jeet and her cousins.[2]
Eventually, the forests ran out, and all the workers were laid off. Jeet moved to the planet Batuu, where she worked as a pilot for Ohnaka Transport Solutions.[2] Around 34 ABY,[3] two months after leaving Chibbier, Jeet related her time working there to the smuggler Izal Garsea, who she had been manipulated into taking prisoner by Garsea's former associate Ana Tolla.[2] The planet was labeled on a map in the book Traveler's Guide to Batuu, written by the historian Eloc Throno.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Chibbier was first mentioned in the 2019 novel A Crash of Fate, written by Zoraida Córdova.[2]
