Chimbak wine was a thick red wine from[1] the planet[2] Alderaan. Potable by Humans, the wine had a mellow and delicious flavor.[1]
In 29 BBY,[3] Republic Outland Regions Security Force Commander Wilhuff Tarkin and[1] Sienar Fleet Systems Chief Executive Officer[4] Raith Sienar drank glasses of chimbak wine in the former's private apartment on[1] the planet[2] Coruscant during a meeting with the assassin Ke Daiv. Although Sienar did not normally drink alcohol, he sampled the wine to be polite during the meeting. Sienar found himself enjoying the wine, finished his entire glass, and complimented Tarkin on his good taste.[1]
