- "Excellent. Cho Sun."
- ―Dooku to a group of Initiates
Cho sun was a lightsaber combat technique that could be used to disable and disarm enemies in battle.[2] Around 52 BBY,[3] Jedi Master Dooku trained a group of Jedi Initiates to perform the technique against a holographic opponent.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Cho sun first appeared in the new Star Wars canon in a flashback sequence in the audio drama Dooku: Jedi Lost.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, cho sun was the specific technique of cutting off an opponent's weapon arm.[4]
