Choose Your Destiny: An Escape Mission is a canon audiobook written by Cavan Scott and part of the Star Wars: Choose Your Destiny series. The audiobook was exclusively released as an Alexa skill on Amazon FreeTime Unlimited in 2019. As of June 2024, it is available with an Amazon Kids+ subscription.[3] It can be accessed by saying "Alexa, start Star Wars Choose Your Destiny" or "Alexa, open Star Wars Choose Your Destiny," then selecting it from the list of "Mini Missions".
There is one canon ending, one soft ending ("You've done well, but an even better destiny awaits you, why not go back and try a different path?"), and 15 non-canon endings. The path to the canon ending is BBABABAA,[BA,ABA,AABB],BABB (the brackets indicate a choice of paths); therefore there are 3 different paths to the canon ending, taking between 24 to 25 minutes to reach the ending. The path to the soft ending is BBABBBA. The total duration of all 43 story segments is approximately 41 minutes and there are 35 total paths possible.
