Christopher "Chris" Terrio (born December 31, 1976) is an American screenwriter and film director.

On September 12, 2017, it was announced that Terrio would co-write the screenplay for Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker with J.J. Abrams, who would also direct the film.[1]
