"Jedi business, go back to your drinks."
―Anakin Skywalker, to Civ Sila and other clubgoers[1]

Civ Sila was a Human with light skin and dark hair.[1] Sila was friends with the Humans Dixon Just[2] and Zey Nep,[3] and an associate of[4] the archaeologist[5] Artuo Pratuhr.[4] Dixon and Nep were often found in Sila's company.[2][3] During a night[1] in 22 BBY,[6] Sila, alongside Just, Nep, and Prathur, visited the Outlander Club,[1] a nightclub and gambling hall[7] located in the Uscru Entertainment District of the planet Coruscant,[8] as Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker entered, searching for the bounty hunter Zam Wesell.[1]

Sila approached Just near the entrance of the club, and the two talked. Soon after, Sila talked to Just, Nep, and Pratuhr near the club's bar. As Skywalker searched the club for Wesell,[1] Sila debated with Just.[9] Sila later watched as Wesell was disarmed by Kenobi and taken out of the club. As Kenobi did so, Skywalker told the clubgoers to go back to their drinks. Sila wore dark clothing at the club.[1]
