Clan Rook was a Mandalorian clan that was active during the reign of the Galactic Empire[1] and was a vassal of House Kast.[2] In 1 BBY,[3] after a mission undertaken by Clan Wren, Clan Kryze, and members of the Rebel Alliance that took place during the Mandalorian Civil War, a member of the clan pledged the clan to Lady Bo-Katan Kryze along with other clans, joining the Mandalorian resistance against the Galactic Empire.[1]
Clan Rook consisted of Mandalorian warriors that donned Mandalorian armor with purple, yellow, and silver color combinations. Their signet was[1] that of House Kast, representing a coiled vexis.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Clan Rook first appeared in the premiere of the fourth season of Star Wars Rebels, titled Star Wars Rebels: Heroes of Mandalore, which aired in 2017.[1] Mandalorian Rook Kast, appearing in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars series[4] and tie-in material,[5] shares her first name with Clan Rook, but no connection has been made between them.
