Colby Boothman (born July 4, 1992 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American actor and swordsman, best known for playing Leon in Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World and performing motion capture work for Star Wars Battlefront.[1]

He began his swordsmanship as a fencer in the Fédération Internationale d'Escrime and later learned lightsaber combat from Star Wars stunt coordinator Nick Gillard.[2]

Boothman was the guest star of the Mythbusters Star Wars: The Myths Strike Back special on the Discovery Channel, teaching Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman lightsaber combat, and deflecting high-speed projectiles with his sword.[3]
