A CZ-series droid
A communications droid, also called comms droid, was a droid that specialized in communications. They were expensive droid that was capable of sending and receiving communications. It boasted the ability to float, and had a chronometer built into it. Examples of such droids included the ET-74 communications droid and the CZ-series communications/business droid. Some owners of RX-Series pilot droids modified them to serve as communications droids.
Soerrgg the Hutt owned several commdroids for his personal use.
