Concourse on the Independence
A concourse is a gathering area where multiple paths or roads meet. Many capital ships have consourses leading to various parts of the vessel. Keyan Farlander when in transit between starfighter duties waited in the concourse area of the Mon Calamari Star Cruiser Independence[1], and Ace Azzameen did the same during his tours of duty on the cruisers Defiance, Liberty, and Independence.[2] Similarly, the TIE fighter pilot Maarek Stele while in transit waited in the concourse area of the Star Destroyer Vengeance.[3]
