The Conquest was an Imperial-class Star Destroyer that saw service during the Galactic Civil War. It served in Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader's personal fleet, Death Squadron, when the unit was stationed in the Juris sector shortly prior to the Battle of Hoth. The Conquest was accompanied by the ISDs Avenger, Devastator, Stalker, Tyrant, and the flagship Executor. The Conquest was destroyed along with the Ultimatum while pursuing the Millennium Falcon.

The Conquest served in the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War.^[1] In 3 ABY,^[6] Project Swarm was initiated by the Imperial Death Squadron to locate the Rebel Alliance's main base. When a probe droid discovered the base on the ice planet Hoth, Death Squadron was located in the near Qeimet in the Juris sector. The Conquest was part of the squadron, alongside the Star Destroyers Avenger, Devastator, Stalker, and Tyrant, which were all led by Darth Vader and Admiral Kendal Ozzel from their flagship, the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Executor.^[5] The squadron was then deployed to the Hoth system, with the Avenger,^[1] Devastator, Stalker, Tyrant,^[5] and the Star Destroyer Ultimatum^[7] participating in the Battle of Hoth and its direct aftermath, which included the squadron chasing the Millennium Falcon through the Hoth asteroid belt. The pursuit resulted in destruction of the Conquest, as well as the ISD Ultimatum,^[8] and the Falcon successfully escaping to the nearby world of Bespin.^[1]
