Consul was a title held by the[1] Espirion[2] Rill on his homeworld Espirion. When Representatives of Princess Leia Organa traveled to Espirion to meet with the Alderaanian population found on the world, Rill organised a meeting between them and the Alder-Espirion Chief Beon Beonel.[1]
