Contispex XI was a Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic who served the Pius Dea faith. Around 11,591 BBY, Contispex XI instigated the Fifteenth Pius Dea Crusade, a conflict waged against the Baragwins of Old Barag. In response, Gran military veterans of the Doellin religion formed the Tayan League to resist against the crusade.
