The Corellian Shipbuilders Union operated during the time of the Galactic Civil War.[2] Jadam Questrel was the Union's official representative in Doaba Guerfel on Corellia,[1] and the head of the Guild of Non-Human Skilled Laborers, the Herglic Kijo Mnuue, had some contacts within the union.[2]
In 1 ABY,[3] a member of the Union was attacked by Imperial troops on Corellia because he wandered too close to an Imperial outpost while picking hsuaberries. The worker took shelter in an animal den to lose the pursuit and successfully escaped. The Corellian Shipbuilders Union Local 44908 later realized that the den would make a nice base for berry-picking activities and recruited a group of spacers to drive out the animals.[4]
