The Coronet Medical Center, best known as the Coronet Hospital or as the Coronet Medcenter, was a medcenter located in the city of Coronet, on the Core World of Corellia.[1] The Coronet Medcenter was the finest medical facility on Corellia. It had an under-the-table arrangement with Xucphra Corporation to provide it with top-quality bacta.[2]
History[edit | edit source]
During the Imperial Period, Corellian Security Force officer Bey was treated in the hospital after he was injured and lost an eye in an explosion.[3]
During the Galactic Civil War, Corellia Times reporter Vani Korr was admitted to the hospital when she lost consciousness after falling off her speeder during an attack from the Meatlump Gang.[1]
During the Yuuzhan Vong War, Leia Organa Solo recovered there for a time in 26 ABY, after she was injured during the Battle of Duro.[4]
