Cynra Basho was a Rutian Twi'lek merchant who operated a fabric shop in the Worker's District of the city of Canto Bight on the planet Cantonica. During the Canto Cup fathier race in the city[1] in 3 ABY,[2] Basho opened the store and had a vial of bacta available for purchase. The thief Kay Vess noted with surprise that Basho's store was open during the cup. The Twi'lek had blue skin and purple eyes and wore a brown outfit during the race including a shirt, belt, headwrap, pants, and boots.[1]
