Dal Perhi was a short Human male. He was muscular, with a braid running down his back, and he worked as a representative of Black Sun on Coruscant prior to the Battle of Naboo. Two years after the Battle of Naboo, he became Vigo. He later became the underlord of Black Sun, the highest position attainable in the organization.
Behind the scenes[]
Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter introduced a Black Sun officer named Dal Perhi, while Evasive Action: Prey, set over a decade later, refers to a Black Sun leader named Perhi. Leland Chee has confirmed they are the same person.[3]
