Dark Aura was a dark side Force power and a form of Force lightning. The practitioner charged the surrounding air with malicious Force energy, damaging those around the user and slowing their movements. Darth Sidious, Dark Lord of the Sith and ruler of the Galactic Empire, notably employed this technique.^[1]
