Darth Karnage was a Sith. As with many Sith Lords throughout history, Karnage's name included the Darth title.[1]
Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]
Darth Karnage's first and only mention was in a 2006 blog entry written by Leland Chee, the keeper of the Holocron continuity database. Karnage was the only Sith listed in the blog post who never appeared or received a mention in another source. The entry indicates that Karnage's name is possibly derived from the word "carnage,"[1] meaning extensive slaughter or butchery of others.[2]
