Darth Vader's Mission: The Search for the Secret Plans Star Wars Action Toy Book produced by White Heat, Ltd. and published in September 1997 by Fun Works Play To Learn . The book consists of sixteen full-color illustrated comic-style pages with a cutout in the middle through which a rubbery Darth Vader action figure is suspended on a cord. Comic ballons are used to make the figure saying its lines. The Search for the Secret Plans was written by Jane Paley and produced by White Heat, Ltd. , with art by Ken Steacy .
