Davnar II, or simply Davnar, was a little-known planet in the Davnar system of the Kanchen sector, located in the Core Worlds.
It was the Kalidor and another native species' homeworld. The Kalidor Crescent was a Rebel Alliance medal of honor, named in honor the creature of this planet.
Behind the scenes[]
The PC video game Star Wars: Rebellion mistakenly places the Kanchen Sector and, consequently, Davnar II, in the Outer Rim. Additionally, the game refers to the planet as simply "Davnar." The in-game encyclopedia entry for the planet also describes Davnar II as being the homeworld of a bipedal, scaly, long-snouted alien species, which may be a reference to the Davnarians.
